Scoring based on history #18

This package (and the original) has made a huge difference to my enjoyment using atom. One thing that I would still like to see is the more commonly selected options being scored higher. For example, I often type "wrap" and get:

Docblockr: Wrap Lines
Editor: Toggle Soft Wrap

I don't know whether I've ever used the Docblockr option (at least intentionally). I've picked the Editor option more recently and more often than the Docblockr option can we score it higher based on those details?

Yeah thank you. Spec on what should be corrected, and In what condition is probably what I need right now.
