braid.reducing is still broken #107

braid.reducing was never properly updated after the addition of the basepoint or the loop arrays. Should we just take out this function, maybe moving it to a branch first? It is documented in that manual, though.

Ok: removed all the files on the branch release-3.0.1-branch, develop, and iss099-braids-on-annulus. Create a new branch iss107-braid-reducing so that we can come back to this later. But for now just remove this from braidlab.

Closing and tagging on hold, to be reopened at a later date.
