connection issue to remote host

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. so just now when connecting to a remote host ( a computer server running debian on my local machine) it just shows connecting. then later on end with an error -edit- it ended with an error

so this started happening just after i updated to a new vscodium version. not sure how important this info is my os is win10

please help

Could you share the complete logs using text :pray: , also what version of vscodium are you using? For a quick workaround try downgrading vscodium

i was using a version before 1.8.1.1 after the update its now 1.8.1.1. i forgot the version before but im sure its just one version before so its probably 1.81.0 which was released last week

actually its working now so i cant provide the error logs anymore. it must have something to do with my slow internet modem. i dont really know the connection between those two since im just connecting on lan. so my setup is windows computer connect to modem and my debian server(which im connecting to) is connected to my modem . is there any connection between having really slow internet and connecting to remote host locally? i tried to connect using ssh earlier and it work as intended but with codium it couldnt work
