Command line tool - How to use #29

The readme doesn't say much about the command line tool, so it is unclear to me if it is meant to be used on Linux, Windows or other. In particular, I'm wondering how it is supposed to be run via command line since the plugin is a dll with no executable file

Hi, the commandline tool is atm not included in the release archives and has to be built separately. It should work under linux and windows. If I find the time to maintain this project properly again, I can also provide compiled executables.
