Update naar VS2015 BT2016 en meer #1

Hallo Jean Paul,

na aanleiding van mijn samenwerking met Emiel Kool bij KW1C heb ik eens gekeken je BizTalk Factory Project. Emiel gaf aan dat ik mijn changes maar eens moest delen met je dus bij deze.

Voor de werking heb ik gebruik gemaakt van GAX2010-2015

Ik heb ondersteuning voor VS2015/BT2016 toegevoegd. Verder heb nog wat dingentjes aangepast, zie chenk-in comment.
