I think that use cobra lib in a docker container isnot a good solution. Perhaps a sh script to build tool for one OS is a good way

to build image for windows : GOOS=windows GOARCH=amd64 for linux : GOOS=linux GOARCH=amd64 for mac GOOS=darwin GOARCH=amd64
