Add m4a format #31

M4A format is natively supported by apple music, worth adding.

Hello @xpol

Thank you very much, I really appreciate your proposal. However, for ethical and licensing reasons with which FFcuesplitter is distributed, I prefer to support only free formats and codecs, and m4a is not a free format. For this reason I cannot accept your PR.
