Added ability to rename output files #155

Closes #144

@Woolwit, please check whether this solves your issue. This PR adds the ability to rename each output files on the Queued Files Panel. To rename files, right-click the mouse and select Rename output file from the context menu. The new name will be visible in the Output File Name column.
