This PR includes
Improved Timeline with new widgets.
Timeline (trim bar) is now always visible by default on some panels.
Removed the "Show Timeline CTRL+T" item from the menu bar.
Improved AV-Conversions layout.
Improved window resizing to widht=850px height=560px.
