Changes from miniframe to dialog for some non-parent modeless window.
Adds more option to Pixel Format combo-box.
Adds more option to Aspect Ratio combo-box.
Update presets folder to v0.12

How the hell do you start this thing? I have it set up, bottom of the screen says ready, and all I can find is some tiny-ass button that says 'convert with ffmpeg' when you hover over it. press the button - nothing happens. Press it again - nothing continues to happen.
