This PR should complete the implementation of the liabaom-av1 encoder on the A/V Conversions panel. Furthermore, the controls of the encoders on the other optimization panels have been improved. However, there was also a side effect, namely the elimination of the presets for the optimizations of some encoders.
Various fixes and adds:
Made log file functionality for generic tasks processes, mainly filters previews.
Fixed incorrect values for crop filter coordinates.
Implemented ability to create a video snapshot for stabilizer filter.
Fixed default values when user switches encoders.
generic_task.py has the Pub/Sub protocol now.
Added -update 1 option to args for extract only one frame at a time.
Several tests still need to be done before merging this PR!
