fix makeduo ffmpeg syntax #201

This PR should fix the stabilizer filter issues (especially with the latest FFmpeg versions) when the user activates the "Create a side-by-side comparison video" check-box option, both in Preview mode and on final rendering. The Video_stabilizer.prst preset has also been updated accordingly.
