Closes #66

This PR adds following features:

Move files to the Videomass trash folder after successful encoding which can be enabled from the preferences dialog.
New item to the menu bar -> File -> Trash folder, to open file browser to Trash folder.
New item to the menu bar -> File -> Empty Trash, to permanently delete all files.

@johannesdedoper please check whether this solves your issue
