no protected mode #8

The project is really cool. Protected mode version would be even cooler :)

Hi, thanks for your interest in the project.

I started this project as a joke, not as a necessity, which means that I'm not considering doing all the work to make it into a protected mode executable.

However, if you're really interested into getting a protected mode version, and fixing the various C call issues there are in this project, feel free to send PRs!
