Started moving items from the TODO-list to GH issues #3

Hello,

A substantial amount of the TODO items in remix/README are now available as proper GitHub issues, and added some quick references to existing work and/or some clarifications in some places. I thought it would make it easier to discuss the future features of Remix. This PR removes from the README file the items that are now listed within issues (hopefully nothing was accidentally deleted).

The freshly-created issues are here:

In the process, I also noted a few requests / suggestions, which I annotated with "(requested by @jsmaniac)", following the style of existing "requests" in the TODO file (feel free to reject those, obviously).

If that's fine with you, I can move the issues to this repository (via the github issue mover).
