Update FreeBSD configuration instructions #157

CMake uses XXX_ROOT_DIR nowadays, not ROOT_PATH. Also update to use clang/llvm40 package.

Thanks for the update! I'll wait for Travis to finish, even though I know the readme doesn't affect it, then merge this in.

Well, Travis appears to be halted on the GCC build for GNU/Linux, but the others are fine. I'll merge. :P

Travis seems to have a few issues atm, so expect to see more delays and issues like this.
