Current color_coded stuck with LLVM 7 flags system. I'm trying to highlight SYCL which requires llvm-14.

Anyway, no pressure, just check out. 😄

Hey! I'd really appreciate a PR to update LLVM. Upgrades typically just involve changing the versions and hashes, like this: https://github.com/jeaye/color_coded/commit/1b0cfb28db54a602442402321da0790f319d16fe
