Not functioning anymore #259

As far as I was able to test, the shader doesn't work as described anymore. Reflections do not work at all anymore, and the water doesn't reflect or show waves anymore. The rain/ thunderstorm effects don't show up anymore. I am not 100% sure if I installed the shader incorrectly or didn't have a certain pack installed, but I tried a minimum of four times and got the very similar results each time. I tried refreshing Minecraft, installing PBR packs, and various other solutions, but none of them fixed the problems. I am not sure if you're aware of these issues as of now, but if you are, I apologize for wasting your time.

It appears that this is a render dragon issue and I am not sure if this will be ever resolved.
