Add split pane view #5

Split the screen in half with two map so that you can select two different "home" census tracts to look at commuting patterns for. Perhaps in this view the stats sidebar(s) could be hidden by default but slide out from the slide or pop up in a modal if so desired.

Possibility: link the two panes, so that panning and zooming actions in one are mirrored in the other
