Convert and cache entire spreadsheet #9

Currently only the requested sheet is converted and cached. However, by far 
the most expensive part of the operation is fetching the Excel spreadsheet. 
Makes more sense to convert and cache the whole doc to reduce the number of 
(potential) fetchces

Done, required a fair bit of refactoring.

Also laid groundwork for potentially persisting the cache
