Setup production server #7

So people can just hit the api, and it be fast because of the redis cache

Currently installed on http://collections-api.herokuapp.com but it crashes a bunch and is slow Trying to migrate from heroku to linode using deliver I have a linode instance, and am looking at joyent's smartmachines

http://li363-137.members.linode.com and heroku are both up and running fine. Deliver support added in fe9dad4b6f39d31dd6ba27fd7bc35c9c9c9c02d4 .
