EOL for ppx in rescript #127

All the changes to use the new rescript-compiler-libs would have to happen in graphql-ppx and it's also central to other GraphQL libraries. I'd recommend any needed discussion happen over there: https://github.com/reasonml-community/graphql-ppx

EOL is end-of-life? The new changes proposed are minor, so I don't see any problems right now 😅
