[feat] Incorporate SlamCore for release #30

Large Commit which:

Integrates SlamCore into ct_icp repository
Improves the ROS Support (by making it easier to launch ct_icp on new dataset, and providing params and launch files)
Improve Significatively the quality of the odometry and its performance
Solves a lot of bugs

With this commit, there are so many changes that

TODOs:

[ ] Improve the quality of the code (unit, integration and regression tests)
[ ] Find similar or better results than in the paper
[ ] Find the configurations which make it similar to the article
