Proposal: remove !conjure from botrulez #6

The !conjure command, while used among multiple bots, is not used by all, and is not really a standard, not really even a convention. It's interesting and funny, but putting it in here maybe convinces people that it is necessary for a bot to implement. At the very least it needs to be reclarified, or placed into a separate document.

I agree.

Having !conjure in the botrulez might also encourage bots that only perform one specific action, increasing the amount of bots.

So are !pause, !restore, !kill, !restart, which were all directly copied from @BotBot. Implementation of them — aside from !kill — is indeed rather sporadic, AFAICT.

It is in a quite clearly labeled “Non-standard commands” section, whose introductory text might need to be rewritten as well, BTW.

In that case, we might as well add !summon.
