When editing someone else's gist, "Fork" and "Save" buttons do the exact same thing.
This is confusing, making people unfamiliar with Github Gists puzzled which one to chose. Might even force them into thinking that Save overwrites the original gist.
Anyway, there's no reason for having two buttons that do the same job. I suggest that SassMeister detects such a situation and hides one of the buttons.
