Can't Update Gist After Tab/Window Closed #126

If I create a new gist, I am able to update that gist. However if I close the tab and reopen immediately, I am only given the option of saving the gist, not of updating it.

Tested in Chrome 37 and Firefox 32. Tried to test in Safari but encountered #127

I think I might have (finally) fixed this with f931bf3.

FWIW this is related to something else I've noticed. If I navigate to sassmeister.com, the UI is populated by data at the state it was at last time I saved. However the URL doesn't update to reflect the gist, so effectively the state of the UI becomes unstuck from the gist. Given that I have to clear a gist to start from scratch, it would make sense that if the UI is going to be repopulated when I revisit sassmeister.com, the URL should be too.
