Foundation v5.4.7 - Invalid US-ASCII character "\xE2" #131

I get the following error in CSS compilation after adding Foundation v5.4.7:

Invalid US-ASCII character "\xE2"

Is this a problem for anyone else?

Foundation has been updated to 5.5.0, and I'm not seeing this issue.

It was there in 5.4.7 though, right?
