Abstract Gist library #24

Move Gist-related code to a lib "model", similar to Roughdraft's. Perhaps even abstract both implementations to a gem.

The GitHub auth routes and supporting code were broken out to the Chairman gem in 2090a65 as part of #23.

Should still look at breaking out the model code to a separate library

This is a fairly big deal. Best approach would be to make a full-fledged model class around gists, but there's no real benefit from that level of abstraction for this project.
