Link to Sass docs #52

There needs to be a link to the Sass reference docs

It would be AWESOME if there was a way to link directly to a specific part of the doc.

Any suggestions where the link should appear? What would direct links look like?

tooltip-like links in the gutter based on recognition of the built-in Sass functions? Awesome; but could get very complex very quick.

Maybe just in the drop-down where you select frameworks: each one could have a link to docs, with that little icon from Wikipedia that indicates an "offsite" link. That would suffice most of the time I'd say...
