Display status #66

Sometimes SassMeister would hang for a while and it is not clear whether a compilation is pending or not.

I suggest that SassMeister displays a status message for all Ajax requests, i. e. compilation and gist saving/retrieving.

There's enough space for that next to logo, or in pate headers, or in footer.
