Double Scroll Bars... sometimes #75

I've seen this happen enough times that I thought I'd make a ticket for it, but its not always reproducible. Sometimes though, I see double scrollbars on the window panes: http://note.io/1egP6xv and when this happens it is accompanied by the inability to click in the window where I am trying to click.

I know that sounds crazy, but I resort to just using the arrow keys to navigate around my code because I can't click accurately. This happens in Google Chrome, and my zoom level is set to 100%.

I just thought I'd see if anyone else was experiencing this too.

This morning's release should have fixed it. Can you try clearing your cache?
