New user account getting 500 error when going to Settings page #322

I have been trying to access the settings page for the following account:

https://swgoh.gg/u/danilynn/

And keep getting the 500 internal server error message.

Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Also, can the username be changed from DaniLynn to Dani Lynn? Basically add a space between the two words.

I have seen that others have hit this problem before and the resolution was something a DEV member did to fix it. @danpaulson would you be able to fix the bug that is causing the 500 error for this account?

Could I please get an update on this issue?

Whether that is simply an acknowledgement that this ticket has been viewed and if the issue can be fixed would be great to know.

It's unfortunate but many guilds now require an account on the swgoh.gg site to apply. So not having an account prevents application to those guilds.

Since no update on this issue and need the profile to apply to new guild I decided to do what the user from this ticket #238 did, created a new account using different email address and that one worked.

Therefore closing this ticket.

Thank you for any time you may have spent on this issue.
