Can't connect my Player ID #720

LOOK THROUGH EXISTING TICKETS TO ENSURE YOUR ISSUE HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN CREATED

I've not used my account in a while and can't remember my email address or what would have been password, I have given a few attempts but to no avail. I am not too fussed, but I'm trying to use the Patreon feature where you can multi-select Galactic Legends and see the gear required, or even just see my gear progress towards a single one (since it doesn't seem to be up to date for me). I do naturally have my player ID, so is it possible to get it synced to a new account?
