Guild page could show median skill rank #738

Average squad arena rank is less useful now.

Median skill instead of average is better to compensate for the few whales in every guild - good for TW comparisons. Average would still be useful.

We put up the average for now. I understand that whales could skew it, but it goes with the other averages we have. If and when we do median/percentiles, we'd do it for them all.
