It would be great to have a tool to list the toons that have the greatest percentage for a specific mod - ex: speed set offense cross, health set crit avoid arrow, etc. So when you have a good mod but you're not sure who should get it, you don't need to search through your current toons but can look at who SHOULD get it based on the existing player base's best mods.
Kind of an inverse of the Character Navigation -> Player Data -> Mods tab.
