add veewee idrac provider #172

Until now, veewee only works with virtual machines.

To make it work with physical machines, we need to resort to the ipmi or remote console capabilities of the hardware. An example implementation could be with iDrac (Dell Console).

For the iDrac vnc interaction this might help:

Besides the VNC, iDrac has SSH support:

But I'm sure if we can automate the virtual media via ssh, or we require vnc:

Now if only someone could provide a remote reachable iDrac to test with, without paying ++$

This might be worth looking into: rubyipmi Cobbler also seems to be a tool that falls in the same category

Well that is cool! and is ruby, maybe can be integrated in veewee.
