Oracle Linux 7.0 x86_64 template, tested and confirmed to work.

Missing libselinux-ruby package from Oracle Linux 7.0 base repo, worked around it by borrowing the package from CentOS 7.0 ;-D

New

Moved all initial provisioning from base.sh to Kickstart file -> ks.cfg for better reliability
Optional provision shell script -> provision.sh
Will update the template 1. once the libselinux-ruby is made available 2. EPEL comes out of beta.

Not sure why Travis CI failed to build. The template has been tested and confirmed to work on 2 different machines (Ubuntu 14.04 and CentOS 7).

@jedi4ever Please merge this and #978 ASAP, thanks ;-D

Missing libselinux-ruby has been fixed. It is in ol7_optional_latest repo, it will be enabled by the base.sh script.

Looks like CentOS 7.0 decided to combine the upstream latest and optional channels. But Oracle Linux 7 has gone with the same approach as upstream (RHEL 7).

EPEL 7 has left beta, template updated.
