hi punkz，something maybe wrong with heat #2

Hey,punkz,have u lost the heat-engine package，so when i open the dashboard and click the stack，several seconds later it reminds that unable to retrieve stack list，and i have check the apache2's error.log file,it shows that [error] recoverable error: ERROR : Timeout while waiting on RPC response- topic "engine" ,RPC method"list_stacks" info:" so i have tried to reference the heat section of openstack offcial document for havana,i found that it has a heat-engine package download which is the one not show in your heat.sh file,as well it also couln't run service heat-engine restart command. i don't know whether the problem caused by this,i just begin to have a try Hope for your reply Jovi Ni from China

I tested that code and now I just merged your code.

and I can restart heat-engine process with ''servce' command.
