Add Docker build and docker-compose file Add support in config.js for reading from env instead of hard-coded values

Thanks for opening a PR. Docker isn't something that needs to be included by default and the environment changes are also something that folks should customize to fit their needs. Currently the only environment variables are tied to resources and secrets.
