submission[@replace="instance"] fails if the server responds with content type text/xml #608

The XForms recommendation refers to RFC 3023 when indicating valid content
types for a submission response to replace an instance. The RFC includes
text/xml in these content types. However, Ubiquity XForms explicitly fails
for any content type that begins 'text/', therefore erroneously causing those
submissions to fail.
