The xf:cases don’t work all the time. #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open _samples/index.html.
2. Click the tenth "Object tag" link under "Samples from formsPlayer.com"
   (It says "Offline form" next to the link.)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The last xf:case should be hidden, but it is not.  It is always showing.

Please use labels to indicate the version, operating system and browser
that you are using. Also, add some text below to provide additional
information.
FF2, but this works on IE.  I did not try the sample on FF3.

xf:case still works on IE, but not on FF3.  Someone else will have to work on 
this.
