RunnerW is missing from the net6.0 target #181

The 2022.3.11 NuGet package does not include the Runnerw.dll file in the net6.0 target. It is there in all of the other targets, which makes me think that it is an accidental omission. If so, is it possible to add it to the net6.0 target?
