-o switch ignored?

• It appears the FolderRunner backend for Runner.exe does not honor the -o switch to specify output folder, but it's still required. We put output in different folders depending on build configuration, etc, so we need to specify it on the command-line rather than in the configuration file. Patching FolderRunner.ParseArguments [3] to use the same mechanism as -i seems to have fixed it.
