Allow importing of parties #145

If a user were to, hypothetically, obtain a JSON object that had Granblue IDs in it, they should, hypothetically, be able to send those Granblue IDs to this tool to automatically create a complete party.

We can try to get this in by the 2022-02 milestone as a non-blocker since we have time.

With Vazkii's bookmarklet this went from high to low priority. We do need to fix some things in the bookmarklet still. If we have time, integrating some of the features natively might be nice if covert enough.
