This PR adds support for a new rich text editor and tagging objects in descriptions.
Now you can style text in descriptions with bold, italic, or strikethrough styles. You can also add arbitrary links, and Youtube links are still supported, albeit with a toolbar menu icon instead of just pasting the URL. Rich text support is still in development, so future PRs will make it prettier and also add more functionality.
Also, you can search for characters, summons, weapons, or jobs after typing the @ key. Search works in both English and Japanese.
