Update transcendence components to work with CSS modules #350

This should be the last bit of CSS modules work that got forgotten about.

This fixes the transcendence popover and display of transcendence stars. It also fixes a small bug with sending a summon's transcendence data to the server, accompanied with some fixes on the API side.
