Admins can set the bot's presence info

[x] $admin status -> Show install info
[x] $admin status dnd -> Sets the bot to "do not disturb" status
[x] $admin activity "Hello, world!" -> Sets the bot's activity string to "Hello, world!"
[x] $admin activity -> Clears the activity string

These may take time to update. Sometimes they're instantaneous, but often they aren't.
