Overview

Maintenance, Magfest, and livestreams will be shown in $schedule if they are currently happening, or will happen within a time threshold.

Thresholds

Maintenance: 2 days Magfest: 2 days Livestream: 7 days

This also adds $schedule magfest to show what promotions are live during that magfest.

Testing

Modify schedule.json and check $schedule:

[x] A maintenance event that will happen soon
[x] A currently occurring maintenance event
[x] A magfest event that will happen soon
[x] A currently occurring magfest event
[x] A livestream that will happen soon
[x] A currently airing livestream

You should also check $schedule magfest for an upcoming or currently occuring Magfest.
