GTK3 Preferences spinner and layout issue #237

When running on GTK3 the spinners don't display correctly and the height of the inner container is too big. image

Note that the spinner component is working in other pages: image

I get this error in the logs when the spinners are displayed:

*** BUG ***
In pixman_region32_init_rect: Invalid rectangle passed
Set a breakpoint on '_pixman_log_error' to debug

Changing themes doesn't help also.

Version: Linux GTK 3.16.4-1 Mars Release Candidate 3 (4.5.0RC3) and Luna also. Jeeeyul's Themes 2.3.0.I20150604-134826

The spinner issue has been fixed in the latest build. The scrollbar still persists but I'm closing this issue since this is being tracked more specifically by #239.
