Easy solution to upload esp-link to ESP-01 on Windows #434

Just programmed an ESP-01 in about 30 seconds...read the howto, plugged in the addresses, files, and hit upload..works like a champ!

Just thought those of you who might have an issue flashing them...this is what I used and worked like a champ first time.

Just flashed it with similar settings. It did work, but DHCP did not assign me an IP.

Was using an 8Mbit ESP-01.
